The Town Justice has such jurisdiction in criminal and civil matters and in special proceedings, as is conferred by law. The Town Court is in the Town Office Building on State Route 22 (22 Champlain Ave.).
Court Hours:
Court is held on Mondays at 10:00 a.m.
Court Clerk Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

All fines must be paid in US funds
In Person: Cash, money order, certified check (no personal checks) made payable to Westport Town Court, or credit card. A convenience fee is charged for credit card payments.
